Farrah Ismaili, Founder & CEO

Farrah's passion for aviation and exploration began long before she launched the company. She has lived, worked and done business across North America, Europe, Africa, South America and the Caribbean, experiences that shaped her understanding of international hospitality, cultural nuance and the value of real human connection.

With a background in aviation, business and marketing, Farrah spent nearly a decade in Delta Air Lines' corporate division, building expertise in aviation operations, corporate events and strategic partnerships. She also attended flight school and pursued an Ivy League education, studying across three countries.

She has traveled from every angle: commercial cabins and private jet cockpits, remote beaches, luxury villas and superyachts. That firsthand perspective shapes every client journey, and it is why each client receives thoughtful, personal service.

Our story, five decades in the making

Farrah founded Global Private Jet Charter & Concierge Services to carry forward a family tradition of trust, discretion and excellence.

    The first A300B1

    Belgian entrepreneur George Gutelman acquires the first Airbus A300B1 ever produced.

  2. 1976

    A family partnership begins

    Recognizing the value of cultural understanding and international relationships, Gutelman partners with Farrah's father to build an aviation enterprise serving travelers around the world.

  3. The decades that followed

    From brokerage to private aviation

    As the industry evolved, aircraft brokerage expanded into private aviation for executives, entrepreneurs, dignitaries and high-net-worth travelers.

  4. Today

    A new generation, beyond the flight

    As client needs grew beyond aviation, so did we. Alongside private jet charter, we now arrange private villas and estates, yacht charters, bespoke itineraries and curated experiences through our concierge service.

We arrange flights through independent aircraft operators. Your advisor can explain the operating carrier, aircraft and available safety information for your proposed flight.

How far in advance do I need to book a private charter?

We recommend 24 to 48 hours for the widest choice of aircraft, but our team can often source an aircraft with only a few hours' notice. Peak routes and busy seasons are best booked earlier.

What is included in the charter quote?

Quotes include aircraft hire, crew, standard catering, ground handling and applicable fees. Premium catering, ground transport and concierge additions are itemized separately.

How is passenger safety ensured?

Flights are operated by independent carriers. Ask your advisor for the proposed operator’s credentials and any current independent safety ratings relevant to your flight.

Can I fly with pets on a private charter?

Yes. Pets can typically travel in the cabin. Tell your advisor the number, breed and size of your animals so the aircraft and operator can be confirmed.

What is an empty leg flight and how do I access them?

An empty leg is a repositioning flight offered at a reduced rate. Our advisors review empty leg availability worldwide and match routes to your travel plans. Learn more about empty legs.

Can you arrange ground transportation and hotel accommodations?

Yes. We arrange ground transport, transfers, hotels, villas, yacht charters, event access and other travel details through one point of contact.

Is my personal information and travel itinerary kept confidential?

Yes. Client information, itineraries and travel details are handled confidentially, and additional confidentiality agreements are available on request.
